Cornelia is a full time student at the Politehnica University in Bucharest, a reliable volunteer in tech organisations for women and as of May 7th a Wild Code School student in the JS Fullstack part-time programme.
As soon as she learned about Wild Code School, Cornelia decided to apply – she had been looking for a while for such a programme to complement her existing tech skills and the methodology at Wild Code School had her convinced.
Following the first week of training, we asked Cornelia to tell us what it was like to be a Wilder:
“It’s amazing, it simply is. Now you wonder what could be so amazing about programming, but it’s not just this…
I met people who really want to develop themselves, to make a change in their lives and people who really want to help them to achieve their goals. I am truly grateful to be part of this. From my point of view, it is not just a coding school, it’s a community and if you look deeper you could find a family. I always loved multiculturalism and now I have the opportunity to interact with different people from different countries”
When she is not studying or developing her skills, Cornelia likes to travel, but never without attending a conference, forum or any relevant event in the city/ area she is visiting.
