Training Sum up

Working as a product manager

Product managers are in some ways like conductors. They are responsible for almost all the steps involved in creating a product (usually a tech product). They have the global vision and are in charge of making sure that the development goes smoothly. They also have to make decisions on the direction (which way to go) and which method to use (how to do it).
